Has Putin Rekindled the Cold War between Russia and America?
It was reported this morning (11/13/14) that Vladimir Putin is now patrolling the Gulf of Mexico with long-range bombers. While legal, it certain ramps up the tension.
In addition,
- Russia invaded the Crimea and then annexed it through a faux election. Since then there has been a campaign to clear out the very large Ukrainian minority.
- Russia is currently invading Eastern Ukraine plus aiding and abetting the break-away terrorists in order to destabilize the whole country and bring them into their camp
- Russia stepped up aggressive air ops in Europe flying into the neutral zone
Although I believe ultimately Putin and Obama are working for the same puppet masters, I would say that they have some freedom to make their own choices.
With that said, I think Putin understands that America has been taken over by a communist Islamic Coup and isn't going to allow the Jew hating Nazi elements to have their way in the world.
Who are these Nazi-Communist elements that took over America and who follow Islam and hate Jews? I thought Communists were atheists. So how could they be Moslems too? And isn't one of the tenants of Nazism to oppose Communism?
Nazis were far from atheist, nazis were and are very much into the occult and the worship of the serpent and sun, i.e. Lucifer. Saddam Hussein was a Nazi, so is the leadership of the Catholic Church who created Islam in the first place.
I do not believe that Putin is to blame for starting any of this. This restart of the cold war as you stated, began a while back. It was the US and Nato that began the pushing for war. When Crimea wanted to leave Ukraine because they (along with others) felt it would be better to be with Russia than Europe if they could not stand alone any longer. The leader of Ukraine at the time told Putin that he needs to send soldiers in to protect Russian Assets, so this was done by Putin Legaly. However, US jumped on the bandwagon of calling it an invasion and NATO went along with this lie.
Then a civilian aircraft went down, now without any immediate evdence of it being shot down,US said that Russia shot it down, then they switched to saying pro Russian rebels shot it down, now recently Germany stated that it could have been Ukraine military who accidentally shot it dow.
Now, all this being said, US and NATO have falsely accused Russia of many things in hopes of starting a war, we must question for what reason. Many have stated that the US can control the EU better than Russia, therefore they will do whatever they can to discredited Russia and schmooz up to the EU supporting Ukraine to any end-even if it means starting a war with the worlds super power-Russia.
You assert "The leader of Ukraine at the time told Putin that he needs to send soldiers in to protect Russian Assets ..." Really? Can you provide the quote and the date.
So you would agree that Chechnya has a right to leave Russia?
Russia's marching into the Crimea was not legal by any means. However, the majority of the people there did want it. But Russia did break international law since Ukraine did not cede anything to Russia.
Actually the leader did state that as well as during that leadership and the agreement made with Russia, they were allowed at any time if there was a risk to Russian assets tat they could go in even without the consent by any leader. Research it
I don't believe that Putin (nor any other of the Russian policy makers) wants a new Cold War (or any war).
I believe that the purpose of those patrolling (in The Gulf Of Mexico AND in the Baltic Sea and Swedish waters) have the purpose of getting the concern, and in particular the focus off the Ukrainian issues.
It doesn't ramp up my tension. Putin is still reasserting Russia's sphere of geographic influence, which is something Russia's been up to for some time--remember Chechnya? Unlike Russia, we have a military presence in nearly every country on the globe. So it's hard to say who's starting what. I think the whole world would like to see the US leave Europe and Asia alone and withdraw to our own hemisphere again. I think most Americans would appreciate that too. But everyone knows there is nothing they can really do about the US military all over the world. Instead, the world has opted to ignore us and carry on with commercial ventures while we play "Don Quixote" in the Middle East. Anytime anyone uses that word "terrorist" anymore my brain just shuts off. No word has done more to destroy intelligent political discourse in the world than that one.

The consequences of how this aggression by Putin unfolds are enormous. The worst, of course, is the possibility of nuclear war. The best (which would be negatively consequential to Putin) is that Russia has an epiphany and removes its troops from the Ukrainian border. Any move at...

In my view, Ultimately the world is turning its backs on the citizens of Ukraine. We have some great reasons. Has it become easy for America to just reason away the cries for help, the mass graves, the many atrocities we are witnessing daily. We have wide discussions about what is being done...
