What steps should be implemented to make the solidly middle and upper middle
classes a THRIVING, HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL component in America today?
Lower taxes and reduced regulations would encourage more entrepreneurial endeavors with a greater chance of success. This is not to be read with the Statism vs. Nihilism. But, the over taxation and regulation of many small businesses, which are the lifeblood of economic growth, is detrimental to their growth and often even their creation in the first place.
Isn´t taxation of income that is derived from working capital taxed lower (loopholes) than income derived from personal labour? Eliminate the differences and it will refresh middle class, at least the educated part of the middle class that is receives most of its income from personal labour.
