    Why do people make "goat" jokes when they talk about ISIS and the Middle East?

    What is with the goats?  Why do they bring them up?  What part do they play in the culture?

    Use your imagination, consider the average height of a goat and the average height of an ISIS man and you will come to the answer which isn't that they play soccer with goats.
