Any chance Bill Gate will run for President, after Hilary Clinton?
I think Bill Gates will make a great President. Although Bill Gates still own majority share of Microsoft, he has within recent years retired and is no longer involve in affairs of the company, leaving the running to a newly elected CEO. I think it would be so cool, if Bill Gates would consider getting into politics after retiring, maybe just serve 1 or 2 term as Senator as warming up to this field and run for President, after Hilary Clinton or Trump (hopefully Hilary Clinton) FYI: I will for sure vote for Bill Gates if he run for President.
Bill Gates has enough bugs in Microsoft, we also don't need more bugs in Washington.
Very few non politicians have a desire to dedicate two years of their life to go through a brutal primary and general election process including debates, rallies, and strategically putting together a ground campaign of volunteers across the nation to get out the vote...etc
We've had other rich executives like Steve Forbes, Ross Perot, Carly Fiorina, Herman Cain, and Dr. Ben Carson who have never been elected to any government office and they all failed to win.
Some folks see having no experience as a "plus" but ultimately most voters end up going with someone with (legislative) experience.
Entrepreneurs are use to being able to fire those who disagree with their plans. A U.S. President can't (fire) the senate or congress for not pushing through his or her agenda.
I doubt it. He has too much influence through his foundation increased by Warren Buffet's money to want to seek pure power through the Presidency.
