    Yes. It seems a cumbersome method, at best. It apparently has happened before (2000) with very little effect. In a close race, though, who knows?

      It wasn't against Trump in 2000. It was called Nader Traders at that time but worked the same.

      In 2007 ruling vote-swapping is protected under the Constitution.But other courts could revisit the question It's possible another court would agree with the dissenters.Since these agreements are inherently unenforceable=pig in a poke

      they are trying to swing the vote the way they want it. whats the diff? they did it to obama, too. had republicans vote for hillary to shrink his voter base
