How do cops deal with criminals that is tougher then they are?
Gangsters talk tough and act tough, but most gangsters are anything but tough, that is something we all know, but every once in a while, we come across one that is actually tough and might even be tougher then a cop, how do cops deal with criminals, who are tougher then they are? In Taiwan a few years ago, there was an ex special forces/martial art expert turn criminal, it took at least twenty cops, to take him down.
I'm not sure but don't police get training to deal with all sorts of situations? They should know who are they dealing with and I'm pretty sure they know about gangs if there are even maps with gang territories on the internet.
