How else can it be described?

The Trump/Bannon regime has been a disaster for pretty much every marginalized group you can think of with the use of incendiary rhetoric on Islam, dubious dealings with Russia and basic disregard for the liberal international order.

We are now truly living in a plutocratic kakistocracy under a clown king.  How else can it be described? The president is an unqualified demagogue whose bellicose grim dystopian pronouncements and haphazard decision-making is even scary for Putin who shut-off all Trump stories recently in Russia

I am shocked that you do not have any answers yet.
This is one of the coolest sentences I have ever read. You really need to team up with our Mel Carriere, he is a master of such a technique.
"The president is an unqualified demagogue whose bellicose grim dystopian pronouncements and haphazard decision-making" I love it. it is up there with antidisestablishmentarianism and supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. But you should tell us how you really feel ;-)
But how else it can be described is that about half of (give or take 7%) citizens kind of like what he is doing. Democracies suck. I see where you are coming from, but I have a young one that hates cooked cauliflower -- and so we do our best around here to avoid hating.

mmm, hate to say this those were not my words - I'mnot that good of a writer. I cut pasted several different stories and smooshed it into one big tarball. But yeah, I'm angry & depressed @ the same time.

Well that is cool also. Anger and depression normally do not go hand in hand -- not caring usually. Maybe it is more like grieving. Sometimes we mask fear with anger. Most of these can be corrected with positive self talk cognitive work.

depression is anger turned inwards. Also still cutting & pasting snippets for next rant/question: constant chaos, confusion and conflicts of interest

I reckon as long as people figure I am confused, they won't blame me to hard.

Mikhail Fishman of the Moscow Times: "Trump is a posturing performer, full of idiotic narcissism. He appears to be a disorganized fool ... a total neophyte. He has no experience and doesn't understand how global politics operates. He displays his ignorance every single day. ..  a stupid, unstrategic politician. .. The Kremlin ..  see the chaos and the confusion in Trump's administration. They see the clumsiness, the inexperience. Naturally, they're working to exploit that." - http://www.vox.com/conversations/2017/2 … ry-clinton

“His presidency is a massive skyscraper built atop a shifty foundation” - Former Nixon lawyer John Dean on Trump’s chaotic administration.

... Where there had been time-honoured and well-oiled order, there was now open chaos. ... Washington officials: Chaos and ineptitude of Trump White House is like nothing we’ve ever seen ... And much is believed to be on the shoulders of the capricious, egocentric, volatile president, the first in US history to have been elected with no political or military experience.

"American companies want a process that’s open and fair, not one that’s at the whim of the president. In addition to the normal sources of uncertainty, American businesses must now contend with chaos. They must recognize that the usual procedures, the institutionalized checks and balances, and the continuity of American traditions and values no longer apply." -  http://www.marketwatch.com/story/why-ch … 2017-02-02
