Should everyone have a better life?

This was a question posed by the present American Korean President of the World Bank.
    What are your thoughts?
Note about two thirds of the world's jobs will soon disappear due to automation. How can we get the very rich to enable us poor, the poor to live out our aspirations?

Part of the answer has to be improving the quality of education at all levels in every country.  Liberal Arts educations that teach analysis and logic, programs that teach critical thinking and good communications skills can prepare today's students for tomorrows jobs...and even create the needed better quality, higher income jobs that can drive the national economy as well as providing greater opportunities for the prepared individuals.

I agree with you that part of the resolution lies in education and getting it out to the grass roots level. With the presence of the internet, people in third world countries are inspired to want more and do better.
