Cops charging people without evidence, so, what if the killer is the cop?
Cops job is to protect and serve, but we hear these story all the time. A murder has been committed, but instead of investigating, the cops, simply conclude e.g. the husband is the killer, the neighbor is the killer, with 0 investigation and arrested and charge the person, too frequently, unless there are evidence to prove his innocent, such person, would be found guilty, only years later, found to be innocent and release from prison. When cases like this happen, it sometime make me wonder, could the lead detective, be the real killer? So, he just accuse some random guy, he can and charge.
