Can I use my store credit card at a place I was caught shoplifting at a while back?
I was caught shoplifting at Kohl's about a year back (my first time - was going through a rough patch) and I vowed to never do it again. I have not been in the store as instructed since the offense. Now the day I stole I had maxed out my credit card there and knew I couldn't afford one of the items so I foolishly pocketed it instead maybe less than $40 item (a blouse for an upcoming interview). But my question is, if I don't go in the store and I shop online instead, can I still use my Kohl's credit card?
