    Sounds like a typical  "Mass Shooting "  to me , even though it's down from last year ,  Is  this normalization of violent crime just  because shootings are down from last year ?  Isn't the mayor just another  Obama holdover too ?
    Isn't  the worst of Chicago "Gun Free " ?

          Well, those from the right usually take the cops' side of things when they shoot an unarmed black person. I was just checking..... tongue

            Randy , if you cared ,truly cared about the truth , you might start by looking at just how many cops shoot unarmed black kids by percentage ; as compared to who actually shoots who .   Haven't looked at the stats of these 38 yet but would you like to guess or bet on just who shot who as to age ,  race and employer ?


            So after checking first poll of Chicago ;
            75% murdered are blacks
            71% murderers are blacks

            Another Chicago poll;
            9,900 out of 10,000 shootings are black on black

    The violence in Chicago is sad. I've read that,in the poor neighborhoods on the South and West side, the violence is worse than Venezuela or Brazil (areas deemed among the most violent in the world).

    To imply the cops in Chicago are the worst of their problems is to undermine any attempt to quell the bloodshed.

      The cops in Chicago are no doubt some of the best in this country !
      An ideology that picks anarchy over order  , even with it's negative human element and choses the reality of death and civil unrest over order , will never actually  understand the truth about violence
