      Umm...Trump will stop separating families...subject to availability of necessary resources.  Until Congress funds the massive project of containing, feeding, clothing, providing medical and legal needs, etc for  thousands of families I'm not sure how it's going to happen.

        We have a long standing record of efforts to do something with the children of parents who commit crimes. Too often they wind up being shuffled around in a horrific foster care system. No president has a magic wand to make it simple, but this one has taken a step in the right direction in these circumstances. It will be interesting to see what the democratic response is to what the next steps must be regarding meeting the needs this country faces with illegal immigrant families.  For those crying foul over taking children from their parents, taking a look at what has been happening to this country's citizens would be an eye-opening experience, beginning with these:  http://www.massoutrage.com/ , https://legallykidnapped.blogspot.com/2 … ed-my.html .  Where is the outcry on behalf of our citizens?

          It's a horror, all right - there are few children sucked into the maw of the foster care system that escape without serious harm. 

          But then Americans don't seem to matter much to those in charge of such things, do they?  Far more important to keep children with criminal parents from other countries than to work on our own kids.
