Why Do Those on the Left get a Pass on Obviously Racist Behavior?

   The left cries foul anytime someone is even remotely perceived as acting in a racist manner, however they give a free pass to anyone in their own Party who does the same thing.  We are watching as a sitting Governor is refusing to step aside even though there is evidence that he wore blackface.   Did we miss something?  Was his racism cured somehow?

      Yes Ralph,j just as Trump has been accepted by the right despite his overt racism and disregard for women he's assaulted, bribed, abused, hired as sex toys and  escorts.

         I can't remember Trump ever wearing blackface?  Maybe you can cite actual racism in the President Randy - that would be facts and not innuendo that the media seems to enjoy citing.  Maybe you could start another thread to discuss the other things you are talking about, but this thread is about Democrat racism and their double standard.

               I disagree there, but you knew that. I'll let you in on a secret. I've never dressed in blackface. But, I don't think dressing up is evidence of racism. Not without knowing the circumstances. Without knowing the circumstances, I have no intention of condemning someone. I'd be no better than the mobs on the left.

      Makes you wonder why all those on the left who dressed in black face aren't being called to apologize for their actions.  Ted Dansen, Joy Behar,  Jimmy Kimmel and others.  Many of them did this years ago as well.  Hillary Clinton gets a pass on everything.  I agree with hypocrisy but I would also like to add having a constant set of double standards is also evident.

   I think Governor Northam should resign as do many Democratic leaders, but I can't force him to. I also think Trump should never have been elected due to his racist actions (Central Park Five, leading promoter of false and racist birther movement).
   
   The hypocrisy comes from those who knowingly voted for a racist yet come on this thread to bash those who are consistent in their beliefs.
