What if in America; and maybe Canada? Prisoners who have not raped, murdered; or committed pedophilia could be exchanged for hard working and educated Immigrants? That`s right; instead of having to feed prisoners and take care of them. They could be exchanged for Immigrants who would come and want to work. What if these Immigrants came and wanted jobs. And what if; maybe America; could have those taking up money in jail; be in other countries; and it would have to be discussed; if they would still be in jail? For Criminals who have not gone: "Beyond The Pale.", to Paraphrase; I don`t know who said it. But, for Criminals who have not overdone it in crime; they might be exchanged for Immigrants; and given their freedom? That would have to be discussed? But, maybe Immigrants could be exchanged for prisoners; who have not done too much crime; and their crimes not too severe?
Thank You:
M. Wall.
Oh, and I want to say: I am not in Charge; and this is only Suggestion:
Thank You:
M. Wall.
Sounds to me as if you are proposing some version of a Botany Bay scenario. I can't see any party involved being interested.

Should prison inmates be allowed to vote in elections?Criminals in jail are there because they choose to operate outside the limitations that society has designed in law. Is it right that we give those same criminals a say in how those rules are made and how society is run?
