Lithuim is wroth more than Oil. Is it really about saving the planet?. Or is about following the money and finding out what we know about wars and our owners.

I was unable to find Ukraine on any list of lithium producing countries, although I did find that Portugal, on the European continent and a member of the EU, is listed at the #7 producer.  Not even your own link lists Ukraine as a producer.

It does, however, list it as a holder of some half million tons of lithium ore, although it does not indicate how those holdings compare to other countries.

Better find something else to hang your hat on.

I should of said lithuim product and that is one of the main reason they are fighting for it  I have 5 stilh chainsaw, the supple chainsaw batteries come  from Ukraine, because they blew up one of the biggest plants.

        What is Ukraine's biggest asset?
Ukraine harbors some of the world's largest reserves of titanium and iron ore, fields of untapped lithium and massive deposits of coal. Collectively, they are worth tens of trillions of dollars.Aug 10, 2022.

Of course our media or stats won't talk about it,  it will all come outan in the wash. Russia is big in titanium  and lithium also.

Putin will not renegotiate with NATO an agreement of NATO miltary presents in Ukraine.

Like the Middle East oil vs NATO and US. Ukraine is very rich in natural resources and the two biggest powers to be are racing for Ukraine resources.

Yes, follow the money, not the science. I have a real problem with mineral mining all of a sudden being well accepted. Actually never thought governments could soft soap to the point where it seems lithium will be mined in many nations that would not allow it up until now. Many will become billionaires due to Lithium mining. It seems a bit obnoxious to give scientific facts due to they will be crammed down our throats, and many will defend the need to mine for minerals that are very harmful to water and the earth.

Biden has promised to update Mineong regulations to permit the mining of various minerals which are needed to produce batteries. Minerals that we did not feel safe to mine before now.  OH WELL, he did not hide this fact, it just was not reported.

Slipped through the cracks. As I said many will become very rich on this slime decision.

Personl experience with battery operated  chainsaws and electric bikes. Is they don't have the strong power of gas motors, or the life span km. and end in the junk yard fastest. Not going to invest in them untill proven to be cheaper and more efficient. Not counting all the environmental issues ever to be worked out by Governments and billionaires. Will keep investing into tiny housing,  urban farming, solar energy, gas and bio fuels for the meantime. I'll stand back like a magic dragon watching the pro wrestling team for megalomaniacs go at it on the media.  Watch them beat each other up, over the sick entertainment of the toxic show business. Like Kennedy said. It's not what your country can do for you, it's what you can do for your country. Then that, can grow globally.

Countries like Costa Rica gets 99 percent of its energy from renewable sources. I have a good canadain friend working down in Costa Rica in energy. There are a few other small countries nearly as high without great inference from their Government. There is hope for all of us yet.
