My name is Gordon,
They call me Brown,
I am very popular,
In London Town,
Pretty boy Tony,
Devalued the pound,
My Financial management,
That is sound,
David Cameraman,
The opposition bound,
Nick Clingon,
May be crowned,
A Coalition,
With Davy drowned,
Thats my bet,
In the round,
I am popular,
I have found,
My feet are firmly,
On the ground,
All night run abouts,
Like a hound,
While I in bed,
Sleeping sound,
Bigot nonsense,
I only clowned,
Im not racist,
I have found,
Foot in the door,
Rumours abound,
Tory will deliver,
Deficit mound,
The race is on,
Do not dispair,
I have moulded,
The PM's Chair........

heard that this election would be tough for labor party..what r u views on that?
Poor Brown, one of the few (only?) heavyweight politicians the UK has and he is respected around the world. Unfortunately, with great intelligence does not always come great interpersonal skills and he should never have been PM, its a completely different skill set to his strengths.
Cameron will be PM after today, the only outstanding issue is whether the libs can make it a hung parliament.
Gordon Brown's main skill seems to be spending public money that he doesn't have! He got us into this mess, and if it wasn't be for the fact that it would be disastrous for the country, it would be quite amusing to see him re-elected and watch him try and dig his way out of it.
He needs to revisit Economics 101 - its bad news to spend more than you earn. He should have encouraged the wealth earners and job creators in the UK rather than develop a client state of public sector employees and benefit claimants that can be relied on to vote Labour.
Brown was one of the people responsible for plunging our country in to debt and then devaluing the pound.
The conservatives might not be the most creative people, but they have always been the ones to bring the value back in to our country.
I think Gordon has had his chips lots of them............
I think Dave Cameraman and Nick Clingon are no better than they ought to be....I just want to see Brown out....
So do I, but there is a possibility that there will be a hung parliament and of Gordon doing a grubby deal with the Lib Dems to stay in No 10. He has an unfortunate sense of entitlement, and seems to believe in the divine right of Gordon Brown to be Prime Minister!
I think that Nick Clingon will more than likely do a deal with the Tories......
What about Pitt (The Younger)? How is he doing this election?

The Queen has certain legal rights which allow her to sack the prime minister. Given the controversy surrounding Gordon Brown's 'reign', should the Queen have him removed, or should she leave it to the electorate to make up their minds?

I feel this would be very hard to do on a Political forum. Most threads represented here are political in nature, and the line is well drawn via the thread title at times. It is very hard to get across that people, in general, should not be categorized, set into a group void of the fact that people...

Long story short: The Satanic Temple, as they are wont to do, applied for the right to include their holiday display in the capitol building. The state allowed it because, under the First Amendment, if they let Christians erect a display, they have to let everyone do it. So some MAGA nut made the...

The government’s bill implementing the withdrawal deal has passed through both Houses of Parliament, meaning the UK will finally be leaving the EU on January 31st, 2020. For the duration of the debate, both sides have made bold predictions about the success of failure of the split. What...
