hehehehe equal pay for equal work refers to Women being paid the same as Men for doing the Same job within the Same Company.
As for comparing public & private sector jobs...(sigh)...didn't you know the the federal government is by the rich, for the rich, of the rich? Honestly, the leftover 80% have to constantly be put in their place, basically reminded, they are the working poor who are required to pay for the government to not do their jobs of listening to the governed.
