Not black enough...gun on his hip....kick some butt.....angry black man....something that he's not, etc.....all quotes from The View in regard to our President. Where the heck did that come from?

Chaos..orchestrated chaos.  Never, in a million dreams of a million years would I, already much maligned and goaded here on hubpages by the planted liberals, have ever conceived such racist notions or response as that of the gals of the The View -- it leaves me dumbfounded.

The View - Orchestrated BS that is twisted and full of crap and politically and monetarily motivated by both ignorant and 'Stupid' poeple whose brains haven't operated on a non-selfish, patriotic, non-partisan, Love of America wavelength for so long they are in......repeat, repeat, repeat.

Do you have any proof whatsoever the liberals here are "planted"?
Or is this just another instance of you just throwing out ridiculous statements and telling others to debunk them without offering anything to back up your claims?

When your viewpoint is based totally on television and talk radio, it's hard to make intelligent commentary about serious political issues.

Read a book.  You'll struggle at first, but eventually you'll be able to post something interesting.

      Planted?

I'm a liberal.  A card carrying ACLU liberal, in fact.  I came here to write and usually stay out of political nonsense, but "planted"?

Who planted me?  Is it that you don't believe real liberals exist?  Do you think we are all sock puppets?

The View is kind of like the song "Guitar Man", the daily workhorse, the lyric of Dem speak, stealing the show, the Dem show, stealing the thunder of the mis-speak of the donkey party, ah well........don't mean to insult Guitar Man in the least -- but The View were the song of the liberal party during the last presidential election.

"You Left me Just When I Needed You Most," will hopefully be the sad song of the liberal wingdings in the years to come.....and "Knock Three Times" will be the secret song of beggarly re-entry for those wingdings who find themselves lonesome for the rhetoric and BS of Whoopie and Joy, or maybe "Show and Tell" or "Knock Three Times" would work as old anthems that will inspire Barbara WaWa. smile LOL

    Yeah, that show is nuts.

One episode had 3 hunky male soap opera stars for guests.
Whoopie Goldberg, in the middle of their interviews, threw a big rant about why weren't any of the guys black?
I can think of lots of black men who are handsome, but the point is that those particular men happened to be white, and Whoopie embarrassed all of them for no good reason.  She should've been embarrassed herself by her own actions, but she sure didn't seem to care a bit.
Even Elizabeth, as conservative as she is on some things, caters to the nonsensical stuff that goes on on there.

The only thing I like about The View is Joy Behar's hairstyle.  Wish mine could look like that! smile

The View is entertainment only, targeting a demographic consisting almost entirely of refugees from soaps and gameshows.

No one with a real "voice" talks about it after its hour of airtime.

The View certainly does not speak for me, no more than many say Beck speaks for all conservatives.

The Top Media voice? What a ridiculous thing to say. It is fluff...pure and simple. I avoid it because the women always seem to all speak at once. I have better things to do with my time when I am not at work that to watch that show. Like change the cat box.

The liberals on here are no more planted than you are...
or do you believe that everyone who disagrees with you is a plant?
At least most are honest and don't hide behind an alternative identity.

The View is pure garbage.  The only qualifications for hosting are 1. You must be a woman  2.  You must have an irrational hatred of conservatives.  Ok, maybe there's a third one.  You have to have the IQ of a snail.  That's in order to relate to your viewers.

I never watch any show with a panel of women!!

I would hardly call it the top media voice of liberal anything.
liberal, conservative, moderate, whatever the label, is just that, a label.
it hardly represents what an individual believes.

    1. profile image0

I've listened to many panels consisting largely or exclusively of men and experienced no pain. I can fathom no reason why listening to a panel of women would be any different.

well, especially entertainment shows, the women can be so caddy and whiny. I'm not knocking a woman's intellect, but together on a talk show, not my 'cup of tea'. smile

Exactly...it is an entertainment show. No one in their right (or left smile ) mind would take it seriously...

Too bad so many people don't realize that Glenn Beck's show is exactly the same...

A premise that is patently ridiculous ("top media voice"  LOL), a list of partial quotes with no sources, a whine about how mistreated you are by "planted liberals" (an unsubstantiated accusation thrown in for good measure), and a judgment that certain individuals are unpatriotic.

I think you covered all the bases...oh, wait, you forgot to mention the constitution and how real Americans like you need to "take back our country."  roll

Who says China has great human rights records, or that Russia did? I certainly have never said or believed that. No one in the West has said that. Yes, the US government started business dealings with them during the Nixon administration and they continue to do business with them. Anything seems to go when it comes to making money for US businesses.

So, you are an expert on stem cells also?

    1. TMMason profile image61
TMMasonposted 12 years agoin reply to this

Many in the west have said that very thing...  you can start with Edward R. Murrow and his ilk. the greatness and fairness of Stalin's show trials were a favorite subject of the left.

Misha also will explain the greatness of Russia... and Alternative Poet can tell you all about china's greatness and tolerance.

      lol...

      So, yes.

I have heard those points spouted from the left, alot.

Denial doesn't change the fact it has happened.

And I have read enough on the issue, to know embryonic stem cells do not heal.

          So...

yes I am so in over my head the only correction you all can make is about misha... and you don't even have those facts right.

You have heard stuff spouted from the left.

Fair enough - i have heard some moronic stuff spouted from the right.

But that doesn't make every conservative an idiot in my mind.  If you are willing to discuss issues rationally without wild accusations and melodrama, leftists and rightists can often find that we have a lot in common and that we can understand the other sides fears and desires.

But when you start out thinking that the opposition simply has no value, that they are dangerous and always wrong, well, sooner or later that can only lead to big trouble.

We need to get past the polar opposites and try harder to communicate.

The View makes me run from the television, yes. But not for the reasons that you might think.

I wear the label "left" with no qualms, and I unashamedly endorse most typical liberal philosophies, coincidentally espoused on The View.

My disagreements with it are not ideological, but that it is presented without a shred of intelligence. It even fails as satire. The producers insults us -- liberals and conservatives alike -- with Elisabeth Hasselbeck, token representative of the right, who never manages to utter a single intuitive word, which at least Alan Colmes occasionally achieved.

I can enjoy caricature when it is intentional, but not when it isn't.

Well, this has been interesting seeing all these comments on this topic, interesting and enlightening I must say.

Perhaps I should have referred to the antics and deliberately inciting comments of the ladies as the "Vision of Liberal Exhibitions" or the "Tools of Liberal Intolerance" or the "Femme Fatales of Liberal Fabrication".

Regardless, they influenced the last election, as no doubt they were intended.  We aren't served up regular clips of their shows regularly anymore in either mainstream or Fox news, but then we're not in a presidential election.  Instead, when a little racism is needed for liberal distraction, they handily manage to provide some for the merriment of their viewers and for use in playing that card by the media.

Joy does have good hair, but I definitely refuse to watch her trashy show, when I accidently click that channel and find her it is so quickly gone from my tv screen.  To me, Joy Behar is the epitome of liberal ignorance and baseless blustering. And watching her show or The View would be akin to playing a starring role in the old movie, The Snake Pit, day after day after day. smile
