... but all those in government. Why is it that there is this belief that doing something is better than doing nothing? Why is Obama always talking about moving "forward" to pass new legislation, thousands of pages of new legislation, to solve our "problems"? Why is this always referred to as "progress"?
What exactly are we progressing to?
If you ask me more regulation and more government is progress alright, progress to oppresion! Yes we moving forward, forward to enslavement. Since it's formation Congress has enacted more than 20,000 statutes consisting of thousands of pages cross referenceing others changing previosly passed laws creating agencies, bureacracies, with thousands more pages of rules and proceedures governing them. It's hard to imagine anyone being able to know what's going on or if any of this has solved any problems at all.
When there is a demand, there is a supply... And "we" are "progressing" towards police state. By popular demand...
