"Science" has as evolved as far as the gov will allow it to
i would agree with it, probably, but I can't understand what it's trying to say.
Because imo it isn't so much government that is bothered with advancements in science as much as it is the people who have the power of special interest groups in government houses and who can provide enough red herrings on any issue or bill that might come into law from coming into law if it serves their purpose. They can also basically buy off almost any politician....
In other words these special interest groups have more money and power than governments, right, left, or center.
Just my wooden nickels worth....
