LOS ANGELES — Jaywalkers who try to cut corners in Los Angeles may find it's a costly shortcut that can bring a $191 citation.
Police tell KTLA-TV that they're starting a zero-tolerance policy for jaywalkers in this holiday season, especially in the historic downtown area.

Oh dear, what IS going on here! This is unbelievable to say the very least. it is also unprofessional behavior, even sexual harassment which is not allowed in businesses and HubPages is a business.
