... actually achievable! Yes gas now is higher than it should be all thanks to Obama's energy policy. Changing that policy would result in cheaper energy for America and a step toward kick starting the economy!

Bachmann is lying. It's a pledge that which couldn't be fulfilled.
The fear of rising gas prices and gas prices where they are presently, is what Bachmann is playing on, because 80% of the citizens in the country haven't a clue about what it truly takes to understand why gas prices are where they are presently.
Bachmann is just playing to the uneducated/gullible.
Well, it could be fulfilled, but only if we go into another deep worldwide recession like 2008. Which certainly is a possibility if Americans are dumb enough to elect an idiot like Bachmann, but not exactly the one she had in mind. I hope.
Obviously, libs don't know how to read because if they did, they would know why gas prices are what they are now and how they could be lower and how Bachmann could achieve that goal.
liberals dont know how to read or think......the same thing in the other forums I started about the gun control through the un and the attackwatch site....they just dont get it!!!!! I am so sick of idiots....
Sick of idiots?
You're calling liberals idiots, yet you spout off from the other side of the aisle? And, what makes you any different than liberals?
the facts....Obama created zero jobs last month and we still have a 9.1% unemployment rate yet he added 4 trillion to the debt with his wonderful plans....and new job killing regulations
We've got more working rigs right now than any time since the 80's and are producing more domestic oil than we have in almost a decade, yet gas prices remain high.
The high oil prices are not a supply problem, dear. They're a demand problem.
Very interesting. It was under Bush that gas sky rocketed.. Must have been a master plan implemented by then Senator Obama to ensure victory in the upcoming election.
Bachmann isn't fooling anyone, with the exception of those who desperately want to be fooled.
Obama is no better...he is a failure and the numbers show it
@cags I agree with you about government not creating jobs. But government doesn't create money. The FED does
No govt prints money (treasury) the fed distributes it.
Correct. The FED loans money, which the government has to borrow. However, the basis remains true.

Gas prices are soaring as usual under Republican leadership. This will hurt middle and lower classes more than it does those who got the lions' share of the tax cuts. Not only do we have to repay the Chinese for the money we borrowed , we now have to pay higher prices for fuel. I hope those wanted...

This is the man in charge of our nation, saying that an increase in supply won't have an effect on the price of gas?

I just heard that it is very probable that the gas will go up to $5.00 a gallon in the near...future in the United States; do you think it will happen? And why is it going up that much?

http://biggovernment.com/chorner/2011/0 … eft-lying/Either Obama is the most uninformed president to ever serve or he actually believes the nonsense he spews or he's a liar... I vote for the latter!
