Dear Midrand Police Re affirming Peace Safety and Security in our streets and Community

Dear Midrand Police Re affirming Peace Safety and Security in our streets and Community Dear Mrs Tlamela

Good Day I Nkosinathi Ncala a resident of Midrand
Vorna Valley would like to compliment the SAPS in
Midrand .
They are visible approachable.
The Midrand SAPS keeps our streets quite clean
and safe.‎
Yet there are loop holes in society criminals
Will not hesitate to take an officers LIFE...

Step 1How we can protect the Police?
Mission and VisionAnd how we can generate additional income.
Each district location township or suburb should
have a fully staffed police stations with vehicles
and arsenals and ammunition.
The holding cells should be clean.
Police men and women should have the adequate
skills ‎to address traumatised victims
and concerns of the citizens and community
should be addressed‎.
Generating Additional Income‎.

Example‎:
Vorna Valley
Halfway House
Noordwyk
Each street should have high definition(HD)
CCVTV cameras on each street Just like in the
(CBD) Johannesburg .
The cameras should have the ability to zoom into
each house the yard windows gate and wall
surrounding the street, with night vision as well‎.

Then you partnership with the SABC DSTV or the
New Etv satellite channel.
Management can decide on a fee....
Example R59 to R99

In order to pay back the Government for their
Funding ‎within a year to five years......

Residents can go to Google and log On

View their property while they are shopping.
At work or on holiday.
They will see their property and their pets
Running around.
Should there be suspicious activity on the
property the police and the owners of the property Will be notified.
This will reduce break in and theft at private
properties.
And the trust and bond between the community
and the Police will be gradually restored.
Should there be 100 000 residents in Midrand
Should each property register for 24 hour 365 hour surveillance at R99 a month
The Midrand SAPS would generateR12 000 000(12 million rand a year)
200 000 residents in Sandton
Should each property register for 24 hour 365 hour surveillance ‎at R99 a month
The Sandton SAPS would generate R24 000 000( 24 million rand a year)

300 000 ‎residents in Tembisa
Should each property register for 24 hour 365 hour surveillance at R99 a month
The Tembisa SAPS would generate R36 000 000( 36 Million Rand a year)

In order to pay back the Government for their
Funding ‎within a year to five years......

Then the SAPS can focus on fighting syndicates
And make the streets a safer path to home work
And PLAY.

Mrs Tlamela thank you for your Precious TIME and
Kindness .I met you this morning at Midrand
Police Station.
You can ask Captain Tladi Captain Kekana
Commander Maluleke Captain Mogobu
They know me very well.....
Have a blessed Day
Regards Nkosinathi 0783799440 0847923700
