Do you have any suggestions on how to deal with evs in the workplace?
In my view, One should have to be more and more reserved regarding the issues and matters that pop up in you r mind. Because, the work place is the place where which should be separated from the emotions, as emotions are related to personal life and the work place is the place to work and earn livelihoods, and not the place to draw other's attention to one's feeling.
One should have to keep the point in his/her mind that the expression of feelings and emotions at work place means nothing but the preparation to ruin one's career at the work place and to darken their future as well. So, when it comes to emotions please always be cautious and think about its dire consequences.

Is it necessary to deal with the dirty politics at the work place? Can't we avoid it.

Is there a difference between feelings and emotions?I wonder if there's a difference between the meaning of the words FEELINGS and EMOTIONS? Can you use both words in similar situations? When I write, I just use the word that sounds best in my ears. English is not my first language.
