No. Because then there would be discussion after discussion and numerous debates involving our beliefs and ideas. There is conflict with my boyfriend enough about what happens to us when we die, if there are aliens, where we want to travel to in life, etc.
Yes I would marry someone with a different religion. As long as they are not looking to convert me there is no conflict. I feel the same way regarding political beliefs as well. I can't imagine not dating or marrying someone simply because of their religious affilation. Afterall the majority of religions have more in common than not. (ie: A higher power, heaven/afterlife, morals...etc) I'd me more concerned with how we live than what happens after we die.
