What is the best advice you've ever received *and* been able to put into practice?
Always wear your seat belt. Thanks mom! When I was a kid, my parents had a VW van without seat belts, so my mother made one out of rope. Who knows if it would have worked or not, but she had the right idea.
Never take anything for granted because you don't know what you have till it's gone.
At my wedding: never go to bed angry at your spouse. My husband is incredibly good at moving on from an argument - we never go to bed angry!
