There are so many studies as to how nonverbal communication dominates verbal with body language, tone of voice, etc., Do you believe that how we feel about ourselves is the most important factor in nonverbal communication and if so why? Check out the picture (it's ok they're friends) which one says "I got some stuff going on" and which one says "Life is Good"?
Absolutely, the way you feel about yourself, reflects in your posture, your facial expressions, the tone of your voice, the look in your eyes. Look at a happy man, and he feels good about himself, look at a discontent man, and he has to positive feelings about himself.
