Does multicultural dolls address Nationality and cultural differences?

Dolls that identify with nationality and culture does benefit the psychological development and self esteem of children. Should children be given dolls after their culture and nationality for identity reason?

I think it's a good thing that dolls reflect diversity that exist in the "real world".  Our society has planted so many "subliminal" ideas in our minds. If for instance someone stated they purchased some "flesh colored" stockings what color comes to mind? The flesh color of an African American, Native American?  Probably not.
When the term "interracial marriage" is used most people overlook the possibility that it could be a Hispanic & Asian, White & Asian, Hispanic & Black, or Native American & Black. The vast majority of people mentally think of "interracial marriage" as consisting of blacks married to whites as if those are the (only two races) in the world!
