   Communication.
   
   For any relationship to be successful, there must be open communication between the couple. Honesty is a must, even if it might come off as a bit blunt. If there's no open communication, feelings might get bottles and petty squabbles might even blow up into something bigger. It's best if both parties are on the same page so that they may look to better themselves together, rather than separately.

   Friendship . . . it opens many doors. Some have already been mentioned. Others are love, forgiveness, support, companionship, and many more. It is a very wide door.

   Contentment....
   Every couple will have it's ups and downs along the way.
   When you average everything out if you're (content) with how things are it's a success. Nobody gets "everything" they want!
   There are only two ways to experience joy and peace of mind in relationships: We either get what we want or we learn to be happy with what we have. Accept them (as is) or move on.
   Anything less than feeling content in a relationship is a failure.
   Each of us (chooses) our own friends, lovers, and spouse.
   Choose wisely!
