JL.....First things first, my friend. I understand what you wish to know and may even be able to surmise your reason for this question. Whatever your own personal experience or when it occurred.......know this for certain: You cannot and will not "move-on," without first "letting go." Focus your efforts on this.
Moving on - choosing to act to take yourself in a new direction, though you may be angry and bitter about the past, whether after a divorce or quitting a job.
Letting go - you're letting go of the anger and bitterness.
