Criteria for the Bride of Christ!
From South Africa!
Vibrant Virgin Woman!
Let me take as an example, a vibrant virgin woman. As she enters a room full of people, she will immediately light up the room by her presence.
She possesses something that old and young desire. Something you can not put your finger on, yet there is something mysterious about her, something attractive. Most people can sense that and some will be jealous, while some will admire her.
Some younger girls would want to be like her and some will follow her example as a role model.
If we take a closer look, we will notice that it is her purity, the beauty of her innocence. It is her uncorrupted ways and her lovely manners and her way of walking and talking. Her complexion is one of youth and she is radiant with health and flowing with energy.
She is friendly and always helpful. Her self control gives her a certain stature. Everybody wants to know her and wants to be in her presence.
Her clothes are beautiful and she smells fresh and clean. Her eyes are shining and her hair is clean and fragrant. Her skin is soft and without blemish or spot. She does not need make up or creams to show her beauty because it shines from her face.
Her teeth are white as snow and her breath is like nectar, refreshing soft and warm. Her body is perfectly formed and she is in the peak of her youth. When she speaks, everyone wants to please her. She has an air of authority surrounding her, that she herself is unaware of, commanding respect. God has placed all these qualities into virgin woman of the world, to show forth the glory of His Bride.
This example is unmistakably clear and true.
The modern day church.
The modern day church should look like this beautiful young bride. If we are honest, we will agree that the church does not look anything close to the description above. So what has happened to the virgin Bride of Christ? Purity and holiness should shine forth with love and sincerity from her gates. The Bride of Christ has been defiled by compromise with the world and its system. Money and power mixed with seductions and addictions are discovered within her gates. Her purity has been compromised, her attractiveness gone. She has been beaten and raped by the onslaught of this world. She is lacking, hungry and alone, dumped on the trash heaps of the world. She is dirty smelly and sick.
She is not desirable and the world does not want to know her. If she speaks, they all turn their backs on her and say “if you are a Christian I definitely don’t want to be like you”. She has no pull because her words have become empty, bothersome and offensive. There is no authority left in her and she is weak and powerless against the onslaught of the world as they trample the bride as they please. They are burning down the places of worship or buying them up and erecting altars to false gods in its place. They are stealing her children from her, to corrupt them for hell. The world mocks and taunts her, telling her that her Bridegroom will not come for her.
Those that come to be a part of the Bride are placed under condemnation by the world, being told the same lies she is told. The bride is under the spell of Hollywood and under the lie of the Babylonian whore and the Bride is being taught that it is okay to be like the world and practice the same practices, it is okay to keep all the so called holy days that the whore has implemented so as to keep the people happy and drunk with lies. The world is drunk with the blood of the fallen brethren, but they do not care. Soft lies are whispered to the bride to keep her under the spell of the world’s lies.
The Bridegroom has come to restore His bride. Angels are on the move at His command. Bondages are being broken and captives are being released from their prisons. Holy Spirit fire is burning in the Church of God all over the earth, purifying the Bride. His voice has spoken and the Bride has heard her Beloved’s voice, now driven by passion, she will stop at nothing to be purified. The wind of the Holy Spirit is blowing through her and she is being restored. Those that seek the Lord and seek holiness are being dressed.
The water of the Word is showing her the truth and she is being set free from the lies of Hollywood, Babylon and the enemy. Grace is her inheritance and she knows it is her Bridegroom that is fighting for her now. He is in the process of restoring her to her rightful place. He is able and mighty in His quest to not only restore His beloved, but to dress her in His glory in preparation for His arrival.
Wisdom, knowledge and understanding, and all the gifts of the Spirit of God will flood her house and she will be restored to the purity and beauty of the virgin she should be, for her Bridegroom. She will be blessed to be a blessing and those that see her will become hungry and thirsty for the beauty they see. She will use the Word, the Blood, the Name of Jesus and the word of her testimony along with her love for the Lord, to sweep the enemy out of the way and to press into His presence. She will be singing Praises, Worshipping, Honoring and Glorifying Him.
She is being renewed, restored and reinstated in great glory, for the Blood of the Lamb has bought her from slavery and death. Her eyes have been opened and the enemy and his lies have been exposed. She will stand strong and firm in the face of the enemy, wielding the Word with power. All her enemies will be ashamed by the work of His Mighty Right hand.
She will have power and authority and angels will be given to her for protection and provision. Healing will be in her hands and demons will flee before her. When she asks her Bridegroom for anything in His name, according to His word, His angels will hasten to comply to her voice. Nothing will be impossible for her. Miracles and wonders will follow her like the train of a wedding dress, till the Bridegroom fetches her to His Golden City.
The heavenly store rooms are opened to her and the angels are impatient to bring forth the blessings belonging to her. She has been given mighty weapons against her enemies. Overnight she has become a mighty force to be reckoned with. Holy Spirit Fire is burning brightly in and all around her. Fire will come from her mouth and darkness will flee at her command. Her restoration will be sudden and the world will stand in amazement at her splendor. Nothing in this world or in the spiritual world can stop this work of the Bridegroom.
Like a sudden flood the Bride will stand up and declare God’s Kingdom with power. The enemy will be scattered in the awakening of the pure and strength of Bride, backed by armies of angels and Holy Spirit fire. Nothing can stop the preparation of the Bride as nothing could stop the Lamb of God being resurrected. The harvest will come in like a flood as was prophesied by the Prophets of old.
The work of the Bride is to declare His Word, share His Love, invite as many as will come, announcing His Return for His Beloved, that He has purchased, protected and provided for, with His very life’s Blood.
As the Lord fights for Jerusalem, so The King of Kings fights for His Bride. The work of the Bride is to wait for Him expectantly, to be sure that she is awake and filled with His Love, to keep her heart for Him, to remain uncontaminated through faith in His ability to keep her until He comes. The work of the Bride is to Praise, Worship and Honor the Bridegroom, giving Glory to His Name. The work of the Bride is to rejoice with singing and dancing because the Bridegroom is near.. to Rest in the knowledge of His love………
