He's Got the Whole World in His Hands & Never Lets Go
He's Got The Whole World In HIs Hands
Do you ever feel like a speck of dust on God’s fingertip, and if He wiggled, you would have to fight with everything you have to hold on? Do you feel like no one would care or maybe even notice if you disappeared? Well, stop that thinking right there!
God cares, and He doesn’t use hand sanitizer. He washes you clean, but, He never passes you away. He’s got the universe in His hands. And we give Him excellent reason to loosen His grip; He holds us tight in His grip.
Imagine the slightest chance you could shake and fall like a crumb off a piece of bread; God would snatch you up. He wants every morsel, every spec, and every single bit of you.
You may be the crumb, the most crucial piece He will use to feed another. Perhaps you are the spec that completes the thread of rope He is sending to one of His lost. The very fringe that they are using to hang tight. Your purpose and touch upon this earth are unique.
A child of God is His most impressive spec and single most perfect part of the whole, and He will never let you go.
If you falter, God is always reaching for you. You may not be ready to grab hold. His arms are constant, and they are still where you are. You can climb on that pinkie finger, and He will do His utmost to connect and speak to you. Our Father will pour the most precious Holy Spirit into us like water. Continually living water, helping us to grow in His love. God has a purpose for you that is all your own.
This world is crazy; let's be thankful we don't live for this world. Yes, it is full of joy and sadness, harsh and relaxed, blissful and broken, but no matter what it is, it is not the eternity for which we quest. For in that ultimate paradise, there will be no tears, no difficulties, and better yet, no cracks to pour into as we will be whole.
While the world is a tempting reality, it remains purposeful and fulfilling once we choose a life of dying to self and living in the most capable hand of God.
God so loved the world, and He gave His son for us, every one of us. He would do that; why think for a second, or believe that we are irrelevant to His plan?
God creates every human in His image; He loves and cherishes each of us. When you are not feeling how purposeful you are, try not to fret because His Grace is sufficient. He made no one just like you; your piece matters. I hope you know or come to know that we rest in God's comforting grip.
God is working on you, and He is working on the spec right next to you. The process may not be our timing, and that fact stinks. Sometimes it stinks for a while. Trust me, I know, but His timing is perfect.
I need to remind myself of that often.; we belong with God just like a speck or a crumb feeling trampled and dirty, lonely, and misunderstood, and all He sees is His exquisite and beautiful child.
Wow, I wish we could always see with that mirror that reflects unconditional love, acceptance, and abounding joy. This love is how God sees each one of us. No wonder x-ray vision is such an idyllic superpower. Allowing an honest glimpse into the core of the heart and the truth of yourself and others would allow understanding. When we see past the hurts, the denials, and masks, we face to face with the people God made for us to be in Him.
We are all His regardless of our stuff, trials, and joys. We are His learning to live for Him. There are days we will clearly understand His plan, and then there will be days we must seek wisdom from His teachings. He is always there; you may be in a box hiding when He knocks you upside the head, as broken as you are trying to find the words for your prayers. He says, "TRUST ME; I got the entire world in my hands. You are just a tiny piece, but you are my spec, and I will never let you go.
