Our life stages are unique. Kathy enjoys sharing her thoughts and stages through her writing and looks forward to learning about yours.

He's Got The Whole World In HIs Hands

Have you ever felt so small, like dust on God’s finger, in a desperate fight to hold on? Ever wonder if you matter? Naturally, our minds go there, so cease that line of thought!

God cares, and He doesn’t use hand sanitizer. Though He washes you clean, He will not forsake you. The universe is in His hands, yet we give Him cause to relax His hold.

Imagine the slightest chance you could shake and fall. God will snatch you before you let go. He wants every morsel, every spec, and every single bit of you.

You may be the crumb, but still a most crucial piece that He will use to feed another. You are the spec that completes the thread of rope that He may send to one of His lost. The very fringe that they are using to hang tight. You bring something special to the world that no one else can.

God cherishes His child as His remarkable and flawless creation, and will always keep you close. He ants you to feel held in the most difficult of circumstances. He soars with you when in the peaks of celebration.

If you falter, God is always reaching for you. You may not be ready to grab hold. His arms are constant, and they are still where you are. You can climb on that pinkie finger, and He will do His utmost to connect and speak to you. Our Father will pour out His most precious Holy Spirit. Encourage our growth and help us grow in His love. God gives you purpose. Stop negative self-talk. He has you in His capable hands.

The world is a chaotic mix of joy, sadness, harshness, relaxation, bliss, and brokenness, but it’s not the eternal quest we seek. That will be a paradise unlike anything we can imagine, our heavenly home. It will mend us; no more tears, troubles, or flaws will stay.

Focusing our lives on God is how we fulfill our purpose in this tempting world. Let’s not depend on this world, it confuses and entangles our will. Mistakes happen, but do your best and keep looking toward the end goal. Love one another as He loves.

Because of His immense love for the world, God offered His son as a gift to every single person. He did that; so don’t think for a second that you’re irrelevant to His plan?

God created you and every human in His image; He loves and cherishes each of us. So, don’t doubt your purpose? Trust in God’s grace. Your piece matters. I hope you know, or come to know, that we can find comfort and rest in God’s abundant grip.

God is working on you, and He is working on the spec right next to you. The timing may not be ours, and that fact stinks. Sometimes it stinks for a while. Trust me, I know, but His timing is perfect.

I need to remind myself of that often.; we belong with God even as a speck or a crumb feeling trampled and dirty, lonely, and misunderstood. He sees His exquisite and child.

Wow, I wish we could always see with that mirror that reflects unconditional love, acceptance, and abounding joy. This love is how God sees each one of us. No wonder x-ray vision is such an idyllic superpower. Allowing an honest glimpse into the core of the heart and the truth of yourself and others allows understanding. When we overcome hurts, denials, and masks, we meet the people God created for us to be with Him.

We are His regardless of our stuff, trials, and joys. We are His learning to live for Him. There are days we will understand His plan, and then there will be days we must seek wisdom from His teachings. He is always there; you may be in a box hiding when He knocks you upside the head, as broken as you are trying to find the words for your prayers. He says, Trust me. You’re a small, yet vital part; my unique treasure, forever cherished.
