There IS True Evil in the World. Its teachers will amaze you.
"Life: is a tree with many branches all pointing and reaching in different directions. No branch can point in the "wrong" direction
Evil all around us - but only in the mind
Defining Evil
Carl Jung said: "Man is the origin of all common evil."
Life is a tree with many branches.
Each one reaching out and desperately grasping in all directions.
We are truly evil incarnate.
Man casts evil on all that surrounds him.
Evil in the world: arises from, and dwells in, the hearts (souls) and minds of mankind alone.
Carl Jung quote: "MAN IS THE ORIGIN OF ALL EVIL"
Defining "EVIL" itself:
- morally reprehensible ( worthy of deserving disapproval, criticism or censorship)
- sinful
- wicked
- [arising from actual], or imputed, bad character or conduct.
- inferior
- causing discomfort or repulsion
- offensive
- disagreeable [causing harm]
- [pernicious behavior] = highly injurious or destructive and harmful
- marked by misfortune; unlucky
- the act of, suffering misfortune and wrong doing
- cosmic 'evil' forces
- something that brings sorrow, distress or calamity {but only in action or deed}
- those bracketed above are the only logically acceptable definitions of evil
Evil Doer: one who does evil; causes deliberate pain or suffering to others
Evil Eye: An eye, or glance, held capable of inflicting havoc. A person believed to have such an eye.
Evil minded: Having an evil disposition or evil thoughts.
Pure Evil: Pure Evil has many definitions:
- If you have ever had to do any toilet plumbing you would never have to ask what Pure Evil is, you would know.
- Anyone that has had to listen to Presidential campaign lies knows.
- Anyone that has had impacted wisdom teeth drilled out of their head by a sadistic dentist that didn't believe in painkillers would know . . .
- (Please note that this partial definition was taken from a comment by 'somethingblue', with or without his permission)
. . . but I believe you get the picture!
O.K. We can all read these definitions and hopefully comprehend (understand) the meaning of the words that describe "evil" itself.
- Intelligence, Logic, and Fantasy-Conflicting Religious Ideas Children are Unable to Reconcile.
Will we ever have logic and intelligence as a societal norm? Can we ever rid this earth of hatred? Hatred seems to be the greatest legacy we pass on to each generation.
Lessons in abstract
Regarding "evil".
Now this is a lesson in abstract, critical, and pivotal thinking, as well as absurd religious condescension, (ridiculously unreasonable, unsound and incongruous, and having no rationality or orderly relationship to human life).
Exactly what are the implications of this over used, and misused, word in our society?
The "logical" sense of 'evils' in our society that justifies the use of the word, and are overtly obvious to rationality and logic are: murder, rape, physical, mental and sexual abuses, or any behavior that is destructive to others and society itself.
The "illogical" sense of 'evils' in our society that does not justify the use of this word are more obtuse (difficult to comprehend) and manifested only in the minds of those who make "moral" judgments based on faulty logic, fairy tale ideas, ludicrous and irrational superstitious teachings.
There are NO evil plants, animals, or inanimate objects, or quantitative thoughts or ideas without subsequent action.
There are also NO humans born inherently evil. The evil things mankind does against itself is 'learned' behavior. Taught by a judgmental and self righteous self appointed 'moral police' mentality. Without any basis in logic what so ever.
Love and attraction that any one person has for another is inherent at birth. It is a natural need for closeness and companionship and wards off the sense of isolation that is also inherent at birth and awakened in each of us when we reach the age of reasoning.
Hatred is a "taught", or "learned" concept; as is compassion and empathy. Love is not.
The illogical evil itself is spread (like a sexually transmitted disease) from person to person, or group to group, and ultimately nation to nation and is based strictly on illogical fear, lack of knowledge, or just plain ignorance.
And we all know what universal nefarious entity spreads these hatreds, intolerance and hysterical hypocrisy. For those who actually do not know, or refuse to see, what this means - just visit any local worship establishment and listen to those negative messages being bombarded into the easily influenced minds of the audience.
These "sermons" are nothing more than a feigning, to be what one is, or believe what one does not.
Showing the false assumption of an appearance of virtue by hypocrites who put on this false appearance of virtue for all to see as if it were really relevant to anyone but the proclaimers (and only as a means of control over others through the use of fear and/or guilt).
So, go back to the list of "evil defined" and re-read with a focus on personal "religious" beliefs themselves and try to justify judging others.
Evil is only 'seeded' in the minds and hearts of humans by what we see and learn from our "leaders" and "teachers" in life.
Education dispels illogical and irrational myths - so in the minds of the "controllers" education itself is "evil" and lessens their control ability over people in general.
Visit conservative radicalism at its worst from a presidential hopeful. It is extremely disturbing:

These comments by a politician about...
" ...indoctrination and brainwashing college students to become liberals", as a plot by President Obama, from a victim of an irrational background of indoctrination upon himself and his own children, long before the age of reasoning sets in, is about as hypocritical a statement as one can even imagine. Evil is as evil does, or says.
- Religion: A Pathway to Salvation or Destruction?
Learn the difference between spirituality and religiosity before it is too late. This cycle of fear and empty promises must not be allowed to continue to replace reality.

Hatred is a taught concept.
The following is from an email i received today, and it certainly personifies the concept of 'evil incarnate".
But this evil is not born within us at birth - it is taught by our parents, religious leaders, our politicians and all others who have no grasp on reality or common sense.
It is testimony to everything i have written here.
Will we ever see an end to this hatred, or the ignorance that spawns it?
The blame falls on hate groups, spawned by their religious upbringings.
It is a sad day when the lessons learned from religion is one of hatred instead of love.
If there is truly a god, he has forsaken mankind.
There is no rational excuse for this kind of behavior.
''32-year-old Mark Carson was walking down a street in New York City on Friday evening when a man came up to him and his friends, yelled "f---ot" and "queer," and shot him in the head.
Mark's horrific death is part of a string of anti-LGBT violence in New York City and bias-motivated crime around the country. It could have been me, it could have been you, your friend, your son, or your daughter.
Hate crimes are sadly nothing new, but we've written an open letter to the mayors of every major U.S. city and all 50 governors to capture the spirit we're all feeling right now: horror, outrage, and a determination that love will conquer hate even in a moment as awful as this one.
To our elected leaders:Mark Carson didn't do anything wrong. He didn't break any laws, start any fights, or harm anyone. He was simply open about who he was. And for that, he was shot and killed.
Horror and outrage don't fully capture what we're feeling right now. Every LGBT person and ally who heard about this murder had an even deeper reaction: That could have been me, or someone I love.
Imagine growing up knowing that your life could be over in an instant. That walking down the sidewalk on an ordinary Friday night, you or your friend could be alive one minute and gone the next. That's the reality. And if it can happen in 2013 in New York City, it can happen anytime, anywhere.
But the real question is what we – you, me, all Americans – are going to do about it.
The answer is that we must not be silent. You pledged to uphold liberty and justice for all, and today I urge you to make those words a reality.
Discrimination remains embedded in this nation's laws. And as long as it trickles down into our schools and our communities, your constituents will continue to suffer from these crimes and the terror they instill. We all have a duty to stand up, ordinary citizens and elected officials alike. Passive support isn't enough.
The next Mark Carson is out there right now, running out of time. We cannot, must not stop until our nation's laws – at every level – treat all Americans equally, in every aspect of life, with the dignity we all deserve.
We'll do our part. But we need you to do yours.
We cannot wait another day to demand what is right. We will not let another Mark Carson die.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Mark Carson, and my heart dwells on the future: a future that allows all people, LGBT or not, to live peacefully and without fear.
Sincerely, Chad Griffin, President Human Rights Campaign
We must not let these murders, physical/mental abuses, discrimination in all avenues of life, hate speeches, etc..., continue any longer by those with a warped sense of morality taught by their respective warped religions' evil teachings of our children.
It is truly time to Stop the hatred being taught by religion.

'Cults in America' is strictly an observation regarding various religious organizations. Call them what you may, they all tout their wares based on the same premises: fear, hatred, intolerance, bigotry, etc... - About Dandelions, Dragonflies, and other Childhood Myths.
Childhood memories. Myths, monsters, and magic. Dreams of a child. Why do we teach our children such nonsense?
