Spiritual Medium - Automatic Writing and Our Own Spiritual Guide

Updated on August 10, 2012

Initially, a fountain pen, felt-tip or pencil is probably better than a biro for non dominant hand communication.

Welcome to Spiritual Medium - Automatic Writing and our Own Spiritual Guide.

For forty-two years now I’ve been able to take down writing ‘automatically.’ Not only that, I can actually take down automatic typing – perhaps because I learned to touch type way back in 1954. As the years have gone by I’ve become more and more proficient at this. And more recently, over the past four or five years, I’ve found that I can obtain immediate answers simply by writing questions with my right hand, and taking down an answer with my left. This is commonly known as ‘non-dominant hand communication.’ It’s been around for a long time, and the answers do come.

You can tell when it's not the conscious you doing the writing.

It doesn't matter where you think it comes from.

It doesn’t matter where they come from. Some will say it’s coming from their own subconscious mind. So what? What does come through is tremendously valuable spiritual advice on how to run your life, and that’s really what most of us want to know about. I expect it’d be the same for you. You want to know how to live a successful, happy life that is acceptable not only to body and mind but to the spiritual side of yourself.

For most people, the left hand is the non dominant hand.

Spiritual Medium.

Of course, I realize that there are people who do not believe that we are a tri-partite beings. That is, such people think they do not have a soul. I cannot help feel sorry for such, but that is obviously what they have chosen to believe and that is their concern. This hub is being written for those who do not hold to such a self-limiting philosophy. Doctor Wayne W. Dyer has said many times in all of those best sellers he’s written over the years: “We’ll see it when we believe it.” My contribution is: “You’ll see it when your open-minded enough to give automatic writing a sustained attempt.” By that I mean, don’t try once and give up. Or even twice or three times. Be willing. Oh, and do it alone. Don’t tell others who might scoff and thus undermine your efforts. There’ll be enough internal doubts and anxieties about your own sanity as it is.

This looks far too neat for automatic writing.

Spirtual Guides and Our Own Spiritual Guide.

There are, of course, dangers to spiritual contact. There are spirits and spirits. Not everyone who has died is a ‘goody-goody.’ People don’t suddenly become all loving and all caring just because they’ve reached the other side and know that they’re still extant as conscious beings. There are, apparently, many levels to which we can go after we ‘shed this mortal coil’ and the nearer levels are often where those who have lived badly go to. So says George Meek’s contacts in his book, What Happens When We Die? And so I’m led to believe by my earlier experiments way back in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

Spiritual Medium - Motivation and Intent indicates the state of our souls.

The measuring stick or guideline is this: you will be contacted by people who sense your intentions. If your intentions are pure, and you motives the same; if you are loving, you will be contacted by entities who are loving. If you’re a selfish, self-centered person who is after such things as power over others then my advice: don’t meddle with the world of spirit. It’s a case of like attracts like. If you’re not a nice person you will attract spiritual beings of similar ilk. They’re won’t be thinking to help you!

Just keep on practising...it will happen.

If you're not ready to accept this you won't.

Most of us, however, do not fit into this category. The majority of people are decent. But that said, a lot of people in this category still have no particular urge or desire to improve themselves spiritually. That being the case, they won’t take much notice of this hub, or might even dismiss it as hokum. “ Bunk!” they will say. And fair enough. It’s a fair choice. If you’re not ready for this you won’t accept it.

Spiritual Guides and our Own Spiritual Guide.

But for those who are searching for answers, and who are not straight-jacketed by particular religious beliefs that tell them that such practices as Automatic Writing are evil or ‘of the devil,’ this type of communication could make all the difference in their lives - your life.

The beauty of this is that you can ask any question that comes to mind. Remember, the conscious element of our personal mind is just one infinitesimal small fragment of our own subconscious. Our subconscious is linked to the Collective Unconscious of all of humanity: people both dead and alive. It’s all there. You just have to be open minded enough to at least consider it as true. And if you do, and if you take up the practice of automatic writing...well...

I hope you enjoyed reading Spiritual Medium.

Good luck.
