A stranger walks up to you and says "I am going to drill a hole in you and fill it full of metal."

    What do you do?

A dentist says "I am going to drill a hole in you and fill it full of metal."

    What do you do?

A stranger and a dentist are both strangers, that part is reasonable to admit, but the stranger saying it as opposed to the dentist, it sounds too ambiguous to not be worried about what the stranger's intentions are. I'm assuming the questions are rhetorical.

Also, fyi, if you wanted to go under the topic of "Philosophy" you should have gone under "Education and Science" and the sub topics give you Philosophy!

The first scenario, I would walk away quickly, as the person must be a bit off.

The second scenario, I would change dentists, as he clearly has no bedside manner.
