Does Isaiah 53:5 guarantee our healing today?
The Bible speaks a lot about healing!!
Yes! As it is reconfirmed in Matthews 8:17(KJV), "That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses."
The finished work of the Cross confirms our healing.
Yes, it does but not the healing that needs man-made medication. What He was healing us from was the sickness that comes from transgression. Jesus once said that the healthy does not need a doctor but only the sick. And the scripture speaks of three that didn't need help because of their righteousness; Noah, Daniel, and Job. Ezekiel chpt.14 v 14
See you really have to put your full trust in GOD the FATHER, and HE will remove these ills from us. But does that mean we will never get sick, of course not, HE said it rains on the just and the unjust alike. The difference is that GOD will guide the just through!
