    achieve zen. So could you meditate on the darker emotions like hate and fear and achieve zen as well?

    I think that state is almost counter intuitive to feeling spiritually present, relaxed, and aware. perhaps the darker emotions would lead you to being more present, but the stress might induce physical illness, Great question though thanks! You might be thinking in terms of focused emotion which sometimes is used in martial arts, We may find that info every bit as useful so share what you find okay?
