    If there is a God, then shouldn't we all be Prophets?

    If we are all children of 'god', assuming god exists, why are their prophets? Are some more worthy to hear the word of a deity, while the rest aren't?

    God is father of all. God is the in-dweller of all. But there is a difference in the manifestation of God's power in everyone. 

    Though an ant and an elephant are children of God, and though God indwells in ant as well as in elephant, there is a difference in power between them. This concept of difference in power manifestation was frequently taught by Ramakrishna Paramahamsa.

    Your science teacher who teaches Newton's law of motions is not equal to Newton. A priest who eloquently explains Bible is not equal to Jesus Christ. Leave alone knowledge. Even in expressing love, I am not equal to a 1 year old baby next doors.

    God controls all events , whether good or bad. Nothing happens in the universe without God willing and allowing it.

    Man's life is as short as a shadow upon the earth. If you think that within your short life span, you know the truth to all of eternity? then all power to you. There is more under the heaven and the earth than our little minds could ever dream of comprehending.
