I had a friend once and he said his basement was having weird electrical problems that the electric man couldn't fix because he couldn't find any problems and that this room was colder than the rest of the basement was and he thought that was weird.
I first told him to remove and throw away anything that can be linked to witchcraft, the occult, false religion, anything odd or with odd symbols that link to the stuff also. Well he only had 1 thing it was an old jewelry box with some type of occult symbol on it.
Than as I was giving him the an example prayer over the phone the electric stop acting up and that cold room stop being so cold.
    Example prayer:
I plead the blood of Jesus over this room and I cast out all familiar spirits to the outer darkness in Jesus name.
I plead the blood of Jesus over my whole house, door posts and lentils and I lay around my property line the blood of Jesus Christ. In Jesus name I pray.
Also confess to God any sin that may be opening the door to this. All that is needed for this is to ask for forgiveness in Jesus name for whatever the sin is.
You have authority over what can or cannot be around you in Jesus name. Stay close to God and listen to Him lead you, He will if you ask.
I have many prayers on deliverance from evil spirits and prayers also. Anytime I have ever had a problem with a demon, it always leave in Jesus name.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:11
