How does science support the Bible, and the Bible support science?
The Word ... stated by Christ Jesus, Peace be Upon him, was indeed The Word of God ... Though I would abstain from saying, what the Trinitarians ... Christian Clergy's "Reported" is ...
The Word of God, Is, The Universal Truth ... It is neither contrary to Common sense, nor Sciences ... For these too are God's Creation.
I, thus, say ... "As long as the "Reported Word" in the Testaments, is not in Conflict with The Truth ... It will Support Science and Common Sense ... Thus, Science will support the Bible.
But the moment, The Stated Word, is tampered with ... the Witch hunts, and allegations of Heresy will begin ... "
One example is that involving the practice of circumcision. It was to be performed on the 8th day following birth. It just so happens that the amount of prothrombin, a clotting factor is over 100% normal on the 8th day which prevents the baby from hemorrhaging and dying!
Another example would be the description of the earth as a round, suspended object in the books of Job (26:7-10), Isaiah (40: 21-22) and Proverbs (8:27).
In the old testament there are instructions for infection control in Leviticus (isolating infected people and preventing the spread of bacteria) and Numbers (handwashing).

Question for Christians... as stated in the bible.. if you believe in Jesus you go to heaven.....what then happened to those saints that died before the birth of Jesus? (eg: moses, abraham, etc) I know they were resurrected when Jesus died, but what about the hundreds/thousands of years between...
