Thoughts may be considered sins depending on which faith you practice. Thoughts have power and energy behind them that influences our actions. The thoughts and the actions are connections, therefore the thoughts may be considered sins.

I also struggle with some unspoken thoughts, however, I think if we do not put into action our thoughts, they might be harmless and bear no record of sin.
