An Exercise To Help You Have A More Flexible Back (Gymnastics)
Back's Flexibility.
Your back flexibility shouldn't be necessarily related to your capability of stretching and flexing in general. All people can be able to flex their backs if they proceed and continue on practicing daily and even weekly following the appropriate exercises and eating a diet to help them stay strong and active.
Below is a video that shows one simple and little exercise that can help you work on your back's flexibility.
This one can be done by beginners, intermediates and professionals.

Instructions
It is not recommended to do it if you're not capable of holding yourself with the help of your arms because if you cannot support your body with these arms while doing the exercise then how will you be able to do it?
Best thing to do is to strengthen your arms first by doing some exercises on the wall and by standing on your arms using the wall as a support then you can move on to this.
You can do this using a wall or a chair, whatever you prefer and feel more relaxed while using, however, it is more advised if you use a chair like this one as it can support you more and give you more control to your overall body's weight and movement.
Bend your legs and start bending your back while controlling that using the movement of your legs as shown in 0:50.
Straighten and bend your legs while moving your face towards the lower side of your hips as shown in 1:11.
This is a 3 in 1 exercises as it makes your arms, legs and back in movement! It strengthens your arms and your legs and it makes your back bend more and more to make it more flexible,
when you do the exercise, you can test how more relaxed you start to feel by staying in the position of bending your back for about 1-3 minutes, the more you stay the more your back gets used to this.
