Gymnastics is part of the summer olympics. Only 4 more years!
I would gues summer by the way they were dressed...it would be awful difficult to do anything in tights when it's 10 degrees out
Summer Olympics. USA had a great showing in Beijing, it should be interesting to see how they fare in London.
It is part of the summer Olympics, as it is quite hard to stay warm in a tight leotard in the middle of winter when everything is covered in snow when you are in a stadium without insulation to keep the heat in. Therefore, it cannot and will never be a winter Olympic sport.
