Hi Doc, my name is Jim Kremer. My son Cody is 16 years old. He is a very gifted baseball player....
Last spring, he felt a pop in his elbow. I took him to Andrews center in B ham, Ala. He had a MRI with contrast. The MRI was negative, showed no tear or even a slight tear. He did not throw anymore fo 8 months. He is now on a rehab throwing program and has also been working out with weights and bands over the last 8 months. He says he has no pain but complains that his elbow area is tight. He is afraid to throw because he feels like he may injure himself. Im having his MRI sent to me to make sure. Is his elbow area being tight normal? Would UCL issues cause this?
