Does a celebratory cigar enjoyed once or twice a year count as a tobacco user? When being asked by your life or health insurance company if you are a user of tobacco, do you answer yes if you only consider one or two cigars a year?
of course not. a cigar a year is irrelevant, heck i smoke the equivelant in a day or less.
I don't think it's worth mentioning. Cigars aren't usually inhaled. I've never smoked cig's but still enjoy a good cigar and don't even bother to mention it to my doctors. Just my opinion though.
