   Chicken for lunch has always been a Sunday ritual in my family. . . .well, I mean - we don't always have chicken; but sometimes we have chicken every Sunday lunch for months on end.

   My Dad goes out fishing
   
   I go out cycling, either training or racing
   
   And we all join up as a family for Sunday Dinner around 5pm. Usually a roast dinner. Can taste it already.

   Auto Racng (NASCAR, F1, MotoGP, V8 Supercars, etc.) and football. Yard work is another "tradition", celebrated by my laziness through the week.
