    Who are some great NFL players that don't recieve the recognition they deserve?

    Specialty players mostly get their due, but great lineman and defensive players often go unnoticed.

    There are alot of them, becuase the ones that get recognition are often more flashy, or the best at drawing attention to themselfs.

    There are some great players, who do not say much, and when they make great plays. They are not very emotional about it. These guys are hard for the media to follow,so they dont focus on them as much.

    The media follows the boystrous, loud, player that likes to say stuff. The player that after he makes a play he jumps up and down.

    Curtis Martin, formerly of the New York Jets, and it's a shame. I hardly ever hear his name brought up, but he's one of the all time greats at the running back position in my book!
