    No, unfortunately.  Currently I cannot walk to the end of the driveway - but am trying to change that.

    No way- not without stopping for a rest or two, or five. Walking three miles on the other hand is easy, I could do that without thinking.

    I probably could but might have to do a little extra to run it all at once though.

    possibly I could but why would I want to do so when walking is so much more pleasurable?

    Great question and also a great barometer for overall fitness. Personally, I run 5 miles a day. Been doing it for years. I'm 41 and I feel and look 28! If you can't run 3 miles, start with 1, then slowly build up to 3. You'll be glad you did.
