Why when the weather becomes warm people come out in swarms but the excitement only lasts a month?
Today the weather was very delightful; 75 and sunny. The once empty paths I enjoy my runs have been filled will bodies. The amount of people was astonishing; everyone was active as enjoying themselves, it was a nice sight. My question is, why is this excitement only lived a short time?
I would say because of human nature. When the weather is suddenly nice I think people want to take advantage of it, but when it's nice for say more than a week people come up with the lame excuse that they've had enough of it and stay in - ultimately expecting it to stay the same, but by the time they want to go out and enjoy it again it's gone. Their loss I say.
