What do you consider the best way to stay fit through out the year?
People wait for the summer to be around the corner to go to the gym and work out. But if you don't wanna struggle with your weight for when the summer comes. Do stuff around your house and be active. Eat well and you'll see how things will be easier for you.
Walk as often as you can. Graze as a method of eating. Get enough sleep. Regards, Dr. Haddox
Personally, I love the Wi-Fi game and fitness thing. It's fun, it's inspirational, as it keeps up w/your body's fitness level on different problems, besides the weight, etc. I like having the interaction w/the "people" on it, and it's equipped with yoga if someone wants to do that. I personally like the downhill slalom and track, and the golf is good for upper-body. I've had a very tough winter physically, so haven't been on in a while, but intend to start over. Or maybe I just like it cause it's fun but pushes me to do better through competition!

Do you consider yourself to be physically fit AND what is your weekly fitness regimen?Right now, I run 2 miles 3 times a week. I don't really think that's enough to say that I'm really fit, but it's enough to keep me in reasonable shape for now. Ideally I'd do about double what I do now and lift...

Do you personally tip the maids when you stay in a hotel?Growing up, I only saw my parents do it once, so I came to believe that it wasn't necessary or customary. However, as a young adult who now stays in hotels herself, I am doing research on it. According to TripAdvisor, in the US, $2-5 is...

How much sleep do you consider adequate to function properly, personally? The conversation about sleeping has been popping up a lot recently. Fellow hubbers and I have been joking about the idea of never going to bed. What is adequate sleep, for you?
